The guest house is impeccably clean, the room is beautifully maintained and functional. The staff is willing to help. The majority of the staff members are friendly and excellent. I loved the TV set, coffee/tea makers, and work desk in my room. The beds were very comfy. The location is marvelous - near perfect restaurants, with regular buses taking about 6-7 minutes to reach Edinburgh. Additionally, the guest house is very close to the city center and a bus stop.

The restaurant here was good with a choice of food and a cooked breakfast, we both ordered tasty dishes. It had lovely views of the garden. The location in a nice quiet area was particularly good and there were a wine shop and all the main shops nearby.

I had such a good stay for two nights. the place was exceptionally clean and had a pleasant view of the garden. the room was tastefully decorated with a large bathroom and very comfy beds. the breakfast offered plenty of food and was great and satisfactory.
